Although the Sussex GOP won’t be an official vendor at this year’s Festival Hispano, we’re celebrating right next door! Our Headquarters, located just steps away at 131 E. Market Street in Georgetown, will be alive with Hispanic-themed music, food, and exclusive apparel. Stop by for a festive experience featuring a live DJ, special Hispanic merchandise, and great company — we’re bringing the party to the curb and beyond!

Festival Hispano

What Is Festival Hispano?

Festival Hispano is a beloved annual celebration of Hispanic culture and heritage. Hosted by First State Community Action and The Voice Radio Network, this vibrant event draws thousands from across Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia to enjoy a full day of music, dance, food, and community. Festival Hispano is more than just a celebration—it's a community-driven event that also raises funds for local organizations like La Casita, The Rosa Healthcare, and others committed to serving and uplifting the Hispanic community.

Attendees can expect:

  • Live performances by local, national, and international artists

  • Cultural dances representing a range of Latin American traditions

  • Traditional arts and crafts from diverse Hispanic cultures

  • Delicious food with an emphasis on authentic Latino cuisine

Last year’s event welcomed over 21,000 attendees, making it one of the largest cultural events in Sussex County. This is a major opportunity to build bridges, and connect with fellow Delawareans from all backgrounds.
